Regional Executive - HR and Admin (can be senior)
Assist the Regional HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR and Administrative functions within the Singapore operations and to add value to internal customers to improve Customer Satisfaction
Handing of recruitment and selection processes, job offer, internal salary benchmarking, on-boarding for Managers and below for Singapore Market.
Advise internal customers on HR procedures and policies.
Handling off boarding processes, exit interview, etc.
Compile and analyse monthly headcount report for the region.
Work with payroll vendor to ensure monthly payroll and annual income tax are accurate
Update human resources policies, ensuring compliance with government labour legislation on a regular basis. Develop new policies as required.
Analyse and recommend the group insurance for Singapore on a yearly basis.
Monitor and provide inputs to the insurance renewals for subsidiaries on yearly basis.
Accurately calculate the sales incentives for communication to the salesmen.
Review and recommend appropriate promotions for the region, including analysing job levels.
Ensure Performance Management process is implemented and followed through.
Provide accurate information in surveys and liaison with government departments.
Support the company training plan by selecting the appropriate vendor and by providing relevance in training provided. Ensure smooth running of the program.
Lead in regional projects
Assist on other HR projects as required.
At least 5 years’ relevant HR & Admin experience in an MNC environment
Good working knowledge of local labour laws and market practice.
Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration
