1. JOB PURPOSE

Business Plan derived focus on achieving sell in targets through countries’ 1st tiers
Provide support to regional offices by way of product information, schemes, advertisement promotions support, EU business support
Meet & understand new customers for prospective EU business by way of government/corporate and support to gain business & handle tender business focus
Support in country channel/business strategy by fully understanding issues/problems
Drive the countries to achieve the set targets
To plan all support activities with effective ROI on money spent and also to ensure the best costs are worked out
Achievement of Targets in terms of Qty & Revenue
High product recall and Brand Visibility and hence better sales
To maximize the support expenditure to ensure better results
Manage Product Life Cycle
Managing/Monitoring ISM of ESC/ESP
Maintain marketing communication goals
Monitor competition models, sales, schemes, market share.
Work closely with SEC/ESC VI team for various product strategies, product information, stock & other issues.
Market segmentation, Product launch plans, communication plan, Product Training, Advertising & promos.
Inventory for phase-in phase-out
Monitor Sell-in / Sell-out /Sell-Through region-wise
Increase focus on special projects, presence in relevant locations, corporate & tender business
Support in country training & motivation through various engagements
Channel loyalty improvement
To explore new business areas to generate additional revenue for the company
Higher Mind share for Epson Brand & products
Forecasting accuracy by each sales companies
Market Share/Market Size Analysis
Monitor market data (internal derived and syndicated) region wise / category wise for Epson market share.
Monitor market data for competition information.
Market Analysis & Planning
Quick report/feedback of market & competitors’ movements to sales manager/product managers, recommend/suggest counter actions to protect/grow sales
Increase channel engagements – breadth and depth
Periodical visits to channel
Helps sell through for the channel
Relation building transformation to business & competition /business intelligence.
